EMCS International provides assistance in the field of insurance to insurance companies and insurance Intermediaries such as brokers, agents, sub-agents, tied insurance intermediaries and managers wishing to operate in or from Malta:
- Advising clients on the application and interpretation of local legislation, as well as the licensing and other regulatory requirements
- Assisting in the setting up of the insurance business in Malta, including the preparation and submission of all required documentation
- Assisting in the re-domiciliation of insurance companies
- Liaising with the Malta Financial Services Authority and other public bodies
- Provision for local company secretary, registered office and directors
- Providing tax advice on the intended structure
- Assisting with on-going regulatory obligations, including secretarial support
