Who we are

EMCS International is a boutique professional services firm and forms part of the EMCS Group of Companies, which has been providing advisory services to an international client base for the past thirty years. We aim to offer a one-stop-shop to foreigners seeking to do business from or within Malta.

Our specialist area of expertise is tax structuring however we also provide other services including corporate and legal advise, back office and accounting, trustee services, financial services advisory, including the setup of professional investor funds and asset management companies. A company within the group is duly licensed by the Malta Financial Services Authority to carry out Trustee and Fiduciary Services and we are also authorised Registered Mandatories in terms of the Global Residence Programme, Residence Programme, Malta Retirement Programme and is also an Identity Malta Approved IIP Agent

Apart from our in-house services we also have a working arrangement with lawyers, shipping specialists, bankers and tax practitioners operating in other jurisdictions in line with our commitment to offer our clients a comprehensive and effective service.
